Processing Times

Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to be processed before being shipped out. I'm a one person team that's currently juggling all parts of this business. I really appreciate your understanding and patience!

Do you ship internationally?
I currently only ship in the US but am looking into offering international shipping. <3

Why is there no tracking on my package?

If your order only consists of anything thin like kobo skins or stickers it will be mailed out in an untracked stamped rigid mailer. This is meant to keep shipping costs affordable for everyone! 

My order still hasn't arrived, what do I do? 

This can occasionally happen with letter mail. Don't worry! If you have waited past the estimated shipping time we'll try to make things right. We also recommend that you double-check your shipping address to ensure that it's correct. Please reach out to us via our 'contact' page with your order number and address.

Wrong Address/Address Change

Please double-check when filling out your shipping information. If you have submitted the wrong information please contact us before the order is processed! Once it has been processed there can't be any changes. No refunds will be issued for orders sent to the wrong address. Thank you for understanding!
